The Submission Vault

The operational layer between scanning a file and getting an offer back.

75+ templates, scripts, and checklists for every operational moment in a deal, packaged into 8 interactive tools that read from your current file in real time. Built by someone who ran ops at a 7-figure alternative business funding brokerage. Used the same way on real deals every day.

One-time payment. Instant access. 7-day refund if it's not for you.

What's inside

What you actually get.

The Vault is not a course. It's the working broker's reference: every template, every script, every checklist I'd hand a new 1099 rep on day one at the brokerage, packaged into an interactive workspace.

Type one deal into the dashboard once. Every tool in the Vault reads from it. Submission emails generate themselves. Counteroffer math runs in real time. Decline rework routes in 15 minutes. Objection scripts pull up by category. Follow-up cadence schedules itself to your calendar with .ics exports.

No AI generating fluff in the background. No prompts to engineer. Every template was written by hand, in the operator voice you'd actually send to an AE or a merchant. The interactives just put your deal data inside the right template at the right moment.

The toolkit

The 8 tools.

Each one reads from the same Today's Deal state. Type the deal once, every tool populates with your numbers.

  • B1

    Stip Runner

Branching merchant call simulator. 11-stip collection script with realistic merchant responses. Run it 5 times, pick different responses each round, and the rhythm of real intake calls locks in.

Why it's here: Most new brokers lose deals to silence after the first call. The Stip Runner trains you to collect everything on call one.

  • B2

    Email Format Switcher

Three submission email formats (short summary, structured fields, narrative) populated automatically with your deal data. Switch between formats with one click. Copy to clipboard.

Why it's here: Funders have format preferences. Sending the wrong one delays your file by 24–48 hours.

  • B3

    AE Outreach Builder

Generate the LinkedIn cold message, the follow-up email, and the first AE call script for any new funder relationship. Built for the brokers opening their first 10 ISO accounts.

Why it's here: 8–12 strong AE relationships fund 90% of deals. The Builder gets you there faster.

  • B4

    Cadence Visualizer

The 5-touchpoint follow-up cadence as an animated horizontal timeline. T+4hrs, T+24hrs, T+48hrs, T+72hrs, T+96hrs. Each marker shows the templated check-in message. Export any one as a .ics calendar event.

Why it's here: The biggest reason new brokers lose deals isn't bad files. It's silence after submission.

  • B5

    Counteroffer Calculator

The funder comes back with $40K at 1.35 instead of the $60K at 1.30 the merchant asked for. The Calculator runs RTR, daily debit, effective APR, and deltas. Generates the math-driven merchant message. Tells you ACCEPT, PUSH BACK, or WALK based on the math.

Why it's here: Most brokers over-talk counteroffers and lose deals. The Calculator forces math-not-pressure framing.

  • B6

    Objection Decoder

The 7 most common merchant pushbacks. For each: what the merchant really means, the script in operator voice, and what NOT to say back. Copy-paste ready.

Why it's here: The difference between closing and losing is usually whether you said the right next sentence.

  • B7

    Decline Rework Router

Funder declines. You enter the decline reason. The Router suggests 2–3 next-best-fit lender categories, the rewritten submission angle, and the merchant comms template. Dead deal to resubmitted file in 15 minutes.

Why it's here: 30–40% of declined deals can fund elsewhere. Most brokers don't run the rework process and lose them all.

  • B8

    Today's Deal Workspace

The dashboard that ties it all together. Type one deal in. Every tool reads from it. Recommended Action card surfaces the next-best move based on the deal profile. Usage stats tell you which tools you actually use.

Why it's here: The difference between owning a folder of templates and owning a working broker workstation.

Audience

This is for you if:

  • You've finished Underwriting in 60 Seconds (or you can read a bank statement another way) and you're ready to run actual deals
  • You're a new broker (0 to 24 months in) and you need the operational templates that fund deals, not more theory
  • You're a career switcher coming from any sales background: you can sell, you just don't know the funding workflow yet
  • You're a 1099 rep at an existing brokerage and you're planning to go independent
  • You're already independent but you're piecing your templates together from forums, PDFs, and old colleagues, and the gaps cost you deals
Not the right fit

This isn't for you if:

  • You haven't decided whether this industry is right for you yet. Start with the free Broker Stack first
  • You're looking for the Lender Matrix or the pricing/factor-rate math. That lives in the Accelerator, not the Vault
  • You want videos and slides. The Vault is reference material and interactive tools, not a course
  • You expect AI to generate your submissions for you. Every template is written by hand, the interactives just populate your data into the right one
  • You think this kind of operational discipline isn't necessary. Most brokers think the same thing, then they don't fund deals, then they leave the industry
From the operator

Why I built this.

I spent 5+ years running operations at a 7-figure alternative business funding brokerage. I personally managed 95% of deal flow. I trained 200+ remote sales reps. Most of them didn't make it: not because they couldn't sell, but because nobody handed them the operational templates that turn a sales call into a funded deal.

The brokers who made it weren't smarter. They weren't more charismatic. They just had the system. They knew what to say on the intake call, what format their AE wanted submissions in, when to follow up, how to handle the seven specific objections every merchant throws, how to rework a decline in 15 minutes instead of letting it die.

When I was deciding what to ship first under The Funded Method, this was it. Not a course. Not a guru product. The actual operational layer that does the work between scanning a file and getting an offer back.

It's not the most polished thing in this industry. It's the most useful. Every template was written by hand. Every interactive was built around how I actually run deals, not around what would make a good Instagram reel.

If you're in this industry to fund deals (not to talk about funding deals), this is for you.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Is this a course?

No. The Vault is reference material plus 8 interactive tools. There are no video lessons. The tools do the work; the templates and scripts are the deliverable.

Do I need to know how to read a bank statement to use this?

Yes. The Vault assumes you can read a deal already. If you can't, get Underwriting in 60 Seconds first ($47) and come back when you're ready.

Will this work for funding products other than MCA?

The intake, submission, follow-up, and objection-handling frameworks apply across MCA, term loans, LOC, equipment financing, and SBA. The Vault is built MCA-first because that's where most new brokers start, but the operational discipline is portable.

How do you handle updates?

The industry shifts: funder buy boxes tighten, AE preferences change, new decline reasons emerge. Updates ship as web-app updates to your Vault account. No re-downloads, no version chasing.

Is there a guarantee?

7-day full refund if the Vault isn't what you needed. Reply to the welcome email or hit hello@thefundedmethod.com. No questions asked.

What's the next step after the Vault?

The Funded Method Accelerator: the 12-week program that adds the Lender Matrix (200+ funders by buy box) and the pricing math. Application-only, $2,997 for the founding cohort. You'll hear about it 10 days after you buy the Vault. No pressure to enroll, only relevant if you're scaling.
